Normal washing powders and liquids have been developed to work in hard water. This means that they contain extra agents in an attempt to protect your washing machine as well improve the cleaning effects on your clothing.

I have just ordered 3 bags of washing powder having tried it with the first one I ordered. It is certainly the best I have come across. I thought my whites were white - they are now.

Sirs, My washing machine programmes vary in load weight of wash i.e. 6kilos, 3.5k, 3k, 2k & 1k. Could you please advise what weight of load your 25ml scoop covers and should I adjust the amount of powder accordingly? Thank you. Diana

Dear Diana, An average load of washing is approximately 3kg. The small 25ml scoop will be fine for this. For a much bigger load, such as 6kg, you can simply add 2 scoops. Although you could reduce the amount further for a very small load, 1 scoop will still work just fine for even the smaller load settings. Thank you for your comment. It is a white powdery powder, very smooth crunchy but powdery and smell extrmely nice, soapy and fresh, a very nice white smooth grained powdery washing powder
