I enclose a cheque for £ for the rent of one of your water softeners for the trial period of 3 months. We will be in touch later as to whether we will wish to have it installed for the future.

Whilst writing I would like to say how impressed we were with the attitude and the way the installation was carried out by your plumber Roy. If only all fitters worked in the matter in which he did the country would be in a better state than it currently is, please pass on my good wishes and thanks to him. His work ethic and willingness in which he carries out his tasks, does him and your company credit.
