Harvey Water Softeners™ has been recognised as one of the best manufacturing companies to work for: we have received Best Companies Accreditation in recognition of our excellence in workplace engagement.

The firm has been listed as ‘very good’ on the Best Companies accredited list after receiving a score of 673.1 in our first year of application. 

Every organisation that applies for Best Companies Accreditation receives a Best Companies Index score (BCI) – scale of 1 to 1000, BCI is defined by employee’s responses to questions on the Best Companies survey, which provides an insight into company-wide sentiment.
