I was referred by a friend back in 1985 as they told me about the benefits of softened water – no scaling and saving on immersion heaters. At the Ideal Home Show, we got our Harvey Water Softener from Harvey himself, 35 years ago now! When it gave up the ghost, my wife was on the case as we didn’t realise how much we missed it until we didn’t have it. I have told everyone about my experience of Harvey.
