What time will my demonstrator be there?

You can select a date and time when booking your demonstration with the team in the office.

How long does a demonstration take?

Demonstrations take roughly an hour, but can take less or more than this depending on many factors. Our team will happily advise you of this when booking you in for your demo, as well as what the demo will involve.

What is your extended warranty?

Your Harvey water softener comes with an initial three–year warranty against any repairs relating to your water softener unit, including related parts and labour. Our standard warranty is three years. In the unlikely event of failure or breakdown of your water softener, all remedial work, parts and labour will be supplied as part of this scheme.
