What happens if my direct debit fails?

You will be contacted via email by GoCardless who will try 3 more times to collect the monthly payment. If all 4 attempts fail then you plan will be cancelled with no refund of any payments made. You can contact Culligan Harvey to make a one off payment if this happens – your plan will then be reinstated and new direct debit set up

Yes – you can do this when you set up you plan. First payment will be taken 15 days to 6 weeks after your installation...
