Three Year Guarantee or Extended Guarantee?

Three Year Guarantee

  • Your Harvey Water Softener™ is guaranteed for three years from the date of delivery.
  • This includes all parts and labour

Extended Guarantee

  • We offer the option to extend your guarantee by 7 years (up to a grand total of 10 years) for extra peace of mind.
  • Payable by direct debit yearly, allowing you to rest safe in the knowledge that your Water Softener is in good hands.

The guarantee is valid as long as your Harvey Water Softener™:

Has been used for domestic and personal purposes only.
Has been installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Has not been subjected to misuse or tampered with in any way.
Has not been subjected to contamination.
Is installed in Mainland UK.
Has not used salt of a lesser quality. It has been designed to regenerate with block salt that is at least 99.9% pure block and exceeds BS973 Grade A. Anything of a lesser quality will impair the performance of your water softener and can affect your warranty.
We always recommend using Harvey Water Softener Salt for your machines.
This guarantee does not affect your legal rights. As a Harvey™ customer you need to keep this guarantee safe.
