Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. The competition is run by Culligan Harvey.
1.2. By entering this competition, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Culligan Harvey and their immediate families.
2.2. Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. How to Enter

3.1. To enter, participants must submit a photo of via Instagram and tag @culliganharvey and #HardWaterWakeUp.
3.2. The entry must be original and owned by the participant.
3.3. Entries must be received by April 30th. Late or incomplete entries will not be counted.

4. The Prize

4.1. The winner will receive a Culligan Harvey water softener and free installation.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.
4.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

5.1. The winner will be chosen at random.
5.2. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the competition closing.
5.3. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

6. Use of Submitted Photos

6.1. By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share submitted photos for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media and website content.
6.2. Participants confirm they have the rights to the submitted photo and that no third-party rights are violated.
6.3. By entering you are also agreeing to a photographer being arranged to come over and take a picture of the prize and mention you on social.

7. Data Protection

7.1. Personal data provided will be used solely for administering the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. General

8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if necessary.
