How do I extend my warranty?

Our standard warranty is three years. In the unlikely event of failure or breakdown of your water softener, repairs relating to your water softener including parts and labour will be supplied as part of this scheme.

We will contact you before your initial warranty runs out to let you know that it’s expiring, and to tell you about the extended warranty scheme that’s available to you – you can increase the cover period by seven more years.

If you contact our expert team we will be able to provide you with the full terms and conditions for both our initial and our extended warranty scheme. You can call our service team directly on 01483 753414.

Our warranty cover is offered as extra reassurance for you when you decide to purchase a water softener system.

Our water softeners have been designed with easy maintenance and ownership in mind and should keep running smoothly as long as the salt is kept topped up.

Faults and problems with our water softeners are rare but if you do notice something unusual then please get in touch with our expert team so we can troubleshoot or fix any water softener problems as quickly as possible and get your Harvey water softener back to performing at its best.

Made in Britain and proud of it

We offer our warranty because we’re confident of the exceptionally high quality of our machines. We are proud of our manufacturing standards and we build water softener systems that last.

We carry the ‘Made in Britain’ mark as proof of the quality of our products and we manufacture and assemble our water softeners in full, on site in our purposebuilt factory in Old Woking, Surrey.

Over the past few years, we have implemented huge changes in our manufacturing process, thanks to a multimillion pound investment programme, and we’re using the latest technology to power our leading manufacturing process.

If you have hard water in your home, it could affect the lifetime of your household appliances due to a build-up of limescale over time. Water softeners remove minerals from your water supply and drastically reduce the amount of limescale in your home.
