Job Description
We’re looking for customer focused and enthusiastic individuals to join our busy and fast-growing customer service team, based in our Head Quarters in Woking. Working within our busy customer service department, you’ll support our new and existing customers with their queries whilst simultaneously providing expert product support. You will be a first-point contact for our team of Service & Installation Engineers and Salt Delivery Drivers. Within this role, you will also be responsible for coordinating their diaries to ensure prompt servicing appointments are provided for all our customers. This is an essential part of our business, so having a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service is vital.
You will be able to deal with a high volume of inbound/outbound telephone calls, as well as proficient in managing installation/service-related queries that arise. The level of customer experience that you deliver via telephone and other forms of correspondence will be exceptional, and this will help drive positive customer feedback and satisfaction for the business as a whole.
