Is softened water ok for pets to drink?
Yes, the softened water meets the EU Directive on water quality for human consumption and also for pets with the possible exception of some exotic tropical or ornamental fish for which the aquarium may need special attention. Advice should always be sought from an aqua culturist if in doubt.
